Tamara MacIntyre and Pranalife Professional Services Inc. (“PRANA”) are deeply committed to your right to privacy and takes your privacy seriously. PRANA has prepared this privacy policy statement (“Privacy Policy”) to describe our collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information through insightcla.com (the “Site”) and Services as defined in the Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). This Privacy Policy is incorporated into the Terms, along with Cookie Policy. PRANA will collect, use, and disclose your personal information as described in this Privacy Policy.

Through the combination of both internal and third-party tracking code as well as cookies (small pieces of data that the we transfer to your computer hard drive when you use the Services), we may track the following categories of information when you use the Site: (1) IP address, (2) domain servers, (3) type of device used to access the Site, (4) types of web browsers (collectively “Anonymous Data”). Such data does not collect information that identifies you as an individual. CLA may use Anonymous Data for general marketing purposes and to help enhance customer experience on the Site. More information can be found in our Cookie Policy. We may use third-party advertising companies to serve ads on our behalf. These companies may employ cookies and action tags (also known as single pixel gifs or web beacons) to measure advertising effectiveness. Any information that these third parties collect via cookies and action tags is completely anonymous.

For you to access certain services offered via the Site, we may require you to provide us with information that can identify you as an individual (“Personally Identifiable Information”). Personally Identifiable Information includes: (i) “Contact Data” (such as your first and last name, physical street address, city, state, zip code, phone number and email address); and (ii) “Financial Data” (such as your credit card number, expiration date, and verification code).

Please note that Contact Data and Anonymous Data are used to gather general statistics regarding our customers, visitors, and/or registrants in order to enhance the consumer experience on the Site. We may also use demographic data in a manner that does not identify you specifically or allow you to be contacted but does identify certain criteria about our users in general. For example, we may inform third parties about the number of registered users, number of unique visitors, and the pages most frequently browsed.

Also, please be advised that certain personal information becomes public record upon the filing of documents with the state or the court. For example, the corporate name, business address and the name of the registered agent become public information upon the filing of articles of incorporation. In many cases, the Secretary of State will provide this information to third parties for a fee. The US Patent and Trademark Office will also make public the names and addresses of trademark registrants. In some states, fictitious business names, including the name and address of the business owner, must be published in a newspaper. PRANA’s privacy policy does not cover actions by these third parties.

You may choose not to provide us with any Personally Identifiable Information. In such an event, you may still access and use some portions of the Site; however, you will not be able to access and use portions of the Site that require your Personally Identifiable Information.

We may use social plugins from certain social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, etc.) on the Site. To do this, we use the “Like” or “Share” button or icon. This is a service provided by the specific social media platform, not PRANA. If you visit a page on the Site containing such a plugin, your browser will create a direct connection to the specific social media platform. The content of the plugin will be directly transferred to your browser by the specific social media platform and integrated into the website by the browser. When the plugin is integrated, the social media platform will be informed that your browser has visited the corresponding page of our website, even if you do not have an account with that website or are not logged into your account at the time. This information (including your IP address) is transferred directly to the social media site’s server by your browser and stored there.

Except as described in this Privacy Policy, we will not share your Contact Information with third parties, unless such disclosure is necessary (as determined in our sole discretion) to: (a) comply with a court order or other legal process; (b) protect the rights, property, and/or safety of PRANA, or any third party; or (c) enforce the Terms.

We use commercially reasonable measures to maintain the security of your Contact Information. However, no company, organization, or online community, including PRANA can fully eliminate security risks associated with personal information.

We may provide your personal information to third party service providers who work on behalf of or with PRANA to provide some of the services and features of the Site and to help us communicate with the members/users of the Site. However, these service providers do not have any independent right to share this information (expect pursuant to a legal requirement such as a subpoena or warrant).

We may share some or all of your personal information with our subsidiaries, joint ventures, or other companies under a common control (“Affiliates”), in which case we will require our Affiliates to honor this Privacy Policy.

If the assets related to the Site are acquired by another company, that company will possess the personal information collected by us and it will assume the rights and obligations regarding your personal information as described in this Privacy Policy.

PRANA has security measures in place to minimize the loss, misuse, destruction and alteration of the information that you provide us or that we obtain from you. We will have no liability, however, to you or to any third party arising out of any such loss, misuse, destruction, or alternation.

The Site may contain ads or links to other third-party applications or websites (“Third Party Links”). We are not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of the “Third Party Links”. If you choose to visit other websites, we are not responsible for the Privacy Practices or content of those other websites, and it is your responsibility to review the Privacy Policies at those websites to confirm that you understand and agree with their policies.

PRANA may also make chat groups, forums, and message boards available to you, but please understand that any information you disclose in these areas becomes public information and accordingly, such information is not subject to this Privacy Policy. We have no control over its use and you should exercise caution when deciding to disclose any personal information.

We reserve the right, at any time and without notice, to add to, change, update or modify this Privacy Policy, by posting such change, update or modification on the Site. Any such change, update or modification will be effective immediately upon posting.
